Our history
The business is in its third generation of activity, having been started by Elie ERMENOU
1928 E.E. creates and registers the company as an Estate Agency.
1943 The Agency is moved to its current location at 13 avenue Charles de Gaulle in AUTUN

Second generation Jean PRUNIER
1964 J.P. joins the Agency
1976 J.P. opens "S.DIF" which is a specialized department dealing with farming and big rural estates as well as castles throughout Burgundy and the Bourbonnais region.
1984 J.P. takes over the Agency under his own name, AGENCE PRUNIER

Third and current
2001 Philippe PRUNIER opens the limited company under the name of "AGENCE PRUNIER sarl"
2008 The Agency does celebrate its 80th anniversary.

Although our business has changed name since its creation, we continue to offer a comprehensive professional service specializing in the sale of rural properties (farming domains, forests, residential estates and castles).
Our wealth of experience in these sectors has resulted in a recognized and well-deserved reputation of solid know-how as well as highly professional technical and legal knowledge.

We also offer our services to buyers and sellers of traditional property (houses and flats), acting with utmost discretion, as expected by our local clientele in rural areas.
